Indigenous Skills and Employment Training Program (ISETP)

ISETP Staff works out of the Community Adult Learning Centre and can be reached at (250-256-7523).

ISETP Services:

The Indigenous Skills & Employment Training program (ISET) has been an LTC program since 2021. Program staff have built a successful program that responds to the needs of the northern St’at’imc communities and persons living off-reserve. The ISET Program helps indigenous persons build employment skills, life skills, create relationships with employers, and prepare participants to build lifelong career skills.

Indigenous Skills and Employment Training Program (ISETP) is to employment skills and reduce learning gaps between St’át’imc and general Canadians. ISETP is to serve and be accountable to its communities by being compassionate, responsive, results based, and a data information centre.
