St’át’imc Education Institute (SEI)
In 2021, the Lillooet Tribal Council (LTC) Chiefs approved the creation of the SEI as a corporation under the BC Corporations Act. This was done to provide a stronger foundation for delivering post-secondary education programs.
The SEI is governed by a Board of Directors (BoD), which provides leadership and strategic direction to ensure high-quality programming and long-term sustainability.
Future Vision
SEI aims to expand educational opportunities, build local capacity, and strengthen partnerships that support St’át’imc learners in achieving their personal, academic, and career goals.
