Information Technology

In 2021, the Lillooet Tribal Council began the initiative of forming its internal IT Department to provide support services to staff and reduce dependency on external IT support contractors. The department has documented IT policies, implemented best practices and service management, standardized hardware and software throughout the organization, and upgraded the network environment to manage IT infrastructure in-house.

The IT Department has also formed an IT/Communications Committee to guide decision-making for the organization.
