Northern St’át’imcets Language

Our language, St’át’imcets, is one of the Interior Salish Languages of BC.  The northern dialects spoken by the people of Ts’kw’aylaxw (Pavilion)which borders the Secwepemc (Shuswap) in the east, Xaxli’p (Fountain) and Sekw̓el’wás (Cayoose Creek) on the south that borders the Nlaka’pamux (Thompson), Tsal̓álh (Seton Lake), Xwísten (Bridge River), and T̓ít̓q̓et (Lillooet) that borders the Psxíxnem (Chilcotin) on the North.
